Romantic Date Evening ideas for Pet Owners in Brisbane

Date night is overdue – but what is one to do if you both love spending time with your dog?  Look up dog friendly places, of course! PetCloud shares the most dog friendly places to date around Brisbane.

1. Felons Brewery down at Howards Wharves.

Bring a picnic rug and share a wine on the grass and listen to music of a late Sunday afternoon with your dog.

2. Picnic at Roma Street Parklands.

Pack a picnic rug, and mixed platter of fruit, cold meats, crackers and cheese along with chilled wine and leash up your doggo, and go to Roma Street Parklands.

3. BBQ above Kangaroo Point Cliffs and watch the sunset

That’s right – buy your favourite gourmet snags or skewers, take some camping chairs, and take a prepared Greek salad in tupperware, and some fresh buns and use one of the public barbeques.

4. Picnic at Southbank lawn near Stokehouse

Pack a rug, pre-prepare a gourmet pizza that is fine to be eaten from a large tupperware container, and your fav mineral water.

5. Ice cream and hot chocolates up at Mt Cootha

Look up at the stars in the night sky while you sip on hot chocolates in the cool air, or induldge in icecreams with a cuppa.

6. Eat Street Markets

Best visited on a Saturday night from 6pm onwards, there’s no shortage of food, beverage, and dessert choices at Eat Street Markets, you’ll also find music, along with other people’s doggos to pat.

7. Yatala Drive In

Located at Jacobs Well, the Drive-thu at Yatala welcome Dogs to join their owners inside cars, and you can buy your tickets online beforehand.  They do sell burgers and chips, slushies and popcorn for dinner, or you could pack some chicken schnitzel and salad wraps and your fav mineral water.
