Yes ask your Sitter if they are ok to do them, and then email accounts@petcloud.com.au with the services you want added to your booking.
Yes. We offer a 100% Compatibility Guarantee - that you and your pet will find a great match with the Sitter, their Pets, and their Property, or we'll help you find a better match before the stay begins, or happily refund you. Cancellation fees for change of mind depends on the current status of your booking. Our accounts team will review your sitter's refund policy, cancel your confirmed booking and issue the refund. It's depends on the service you have selected. House Sitting = your house. Pet Sitting = Pet Sitters house.
Yes. Upon a successful PreAuthorisation of your card, the Sitters contact details are shown on in your booking on PetCloud. You are able to freely message each other to arrange a time to have a "Property Walk-through" at the proposed location of care. After the Meet & Greet, you let PetCloud if you'd like to proceed, & only then your card will be charged. Funds are only released to the Sitter at the end of the stay.
All of our Sitters and Dog Walkers set their own prices on each of their listings.

House Sitting from $25 - $50 per night

Pet Sitting from $25 - $50 per night

24hr Supervision from $50

Home Visits Once Daily for 15 mins per day from $45.

Home Visits Twice Daily 15 min visits from $90

Dog Walking Recurring Programs are from $35 per 30 min session. $5 per extra dog.

Grooming & Clipping from $60
