To the Petcloud team, My name is Daniel and I was a part of the management team for Hopper Group IGA. When I was placed in the deli I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic new team that Allison was apart of. Allison was able to make my job much easier, she would accept rogue shifts, turn up on time and was always willing to lend a hand for additional jobs. The Deli was also under significant staffing shortages due to budget cuts and staff (including Allison) were asked to perform under pressure. Allison took to the pressure well and worked diligently without supervision. Unfortunately, IGA was not an environment that encouraged personal or professional growth. Allison left the business a few months before I also resigned from my position. Allison left us on good terms and I am pleased I had the opportunity to work with her and the deli team.
