"I was feeling unbelievably anxious about leaving my geriatric feline Mew (18 years, requiring daily meds and subcutaneous fluids) and skittish rescue kitty Ludo for a week to go adventuring but then I found Blair, and it was like my dreams had come true. After our initial chat, Blair came to meet me beforehand and was very patient and respectful as I rambled about my concerns and introduced her to my two fur babies. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and throughout the week provided me with a few updates on how they were faring which I appreciated; it helped ease my anxieties. "Susan was so wonderful with my little anxious dog. She spent a lot of time playing with him and walking him, which was what he needed. She was also really good with sending me regular updates so I wouldn't worry. When my dog came home, he was calm and relaxed, which were all signs that he had a great holiday with Susan (unlike when he stayed at the kennel).
