Honestly there's not much to it, I've always been a massive animal lover and have grown up with dogs my entire life! Got a cat? Got a dog? Got a turtle? Got a penguin? Then I'm your guy!
You'd be pretty hard-pressed to find an animal I won't look after and go all googly-eyed for. A couple of years ago I did the everest base camp trek and was always the guy holding up the group to stop and pat the donkeys/yaks/cats/dogs/etc... haha.
