Claire did another fantastic job looking after Hina and Umi for two weeks. They were absolutely stress-free while we were away thanks to Claire. She makes sure that they are in the safe place, eat well and get plenty of patting and cuddles. She also took good care of plants and checked mails, which were very helpful. She provides updates regularly with amazing photos and we were happy to see our fur babies happy and relaxed. Thank you so much Claire.

I would highly recommend Claire as a Petsitter and would definitely use her again. She took fantastic care of our 2 cats whilst we were away on holiday. She is a genuine cat lover who gave our cats lots of attention during each daily visit, she also contacted us each day to update us on how the cats were doing and also sent us pictures each day. Claire is friendly, professional and trustworthy. She is also an excellent photographer and some of the photos she sent to us were of professional quality-so this is an extra bonus. We really couldn’t fault her.

As always, very impressed with Claire's professionalism, flexibility, reliability and general love of animals. She has looked after my 2 cats a few times now and they adore her. They are always relaxed and happy after Claire has looked after them, plus I love that she sends through regular photo/message updates during her visits. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking her again in the future.

Once again, Claire has exceeded my expectations in caring for my cat Mishka. Claire is always welcomed by Mishka who allows her to pet her & give snuggles as evidenced in the gorgeous photos sent through each visit. Mishka is always calm & relaxed when I return (& well fed!) which is a testament to Claire & the care provided, will certainly be booking Claire again when the opportunity arises!

Claire was a really wonderful carer for our Ragdoll and Westie. Claire has cared for our fur friends previously, and our normally aloof Westie was so excited to see Claire again on our pre-visit chat. Whenever Claire has cared for our pets, on our return, Maisie and Yuki looked so happy and relaxed. Thankyou Claire.

Claire was exceptional she looked after our cat as if it were her own and kept us up to date with emails and photos. Having a very elderly cat it really took the stress away of leaving her.

Claire was an absolutely amazing cat sitter - she was flexible, came for a meet and greet on short notice and whilst we were away she kept us updated after every visit. Not just texts but lots of photos too! It was great to be able to relax knowing our to know our girls were in good hands. We'll definitely be using Claire next time we go away!

Claire looked after our two fur babies for the second time recently and we can't recommend her highly enough. Knowing Claire was looking after our girls gave us peace of mind while we were away on holiday. We received regular email updates and photos, so we knew that everything was going well, which helped us enjoy our time away. Claire also kept all our plants alive and well, and even stocked our fridge before our return home! All around a great experience. Thank you again Claire!!

Another fantastic job by Claire, this time was for 3 weeks. Our fur babies were so relaxed and happy when we came home and we can tell they have been in great care. Claire also looked after the house, watering plants, collecting mail and so on, which is a great bonus for us. We were so happy to come back to the clean and tidy home. We were overseas but there was no problem with the communcation during the period. Claire sent us updates with beautiful photos regularly. Thank you so much Claire. Claire was fantastic with our far babies, Umi and Hina. She looked after them with love and was willing to make extra effort to keep them happy and comfortable. They were very relaxed when we came back. We are so happy that we've found Claire and Pet Cloud so we can leave our precious ones at home without a worry. Claire was fantastic. She was very good at communicating and keeping me up to date on Kora whilst I was away. I came home and Kora was in a fantastic mood thanks to Claire. Also thank you Claire for your amazing photographs of Kora!

Claire was an amazing carer for our Westie and Ragdoll. On our return, our pets were relaxed and happy and had been looked after with loving care and attention. Claire sent us progress reports and photos during our holiday and was very committed to making our pets and us feel confident they were being well looked after. We would highly recommend Claire and hope Maisie and Yuki will enjoy another visit from Claire again in the future.

Claire was very quick to reply and switched on. She took care of my cat over the long weekend and he seemed relaxed and content when I arrived home.

I arrived home to one very happy, stress free kitty all thanks to Claire & her excellent care provided in the daily visits. Had several messages with some great photos attached whilst i was out travelling which was a great bonus, helping me be reassured I'd selected a great carer! Claire was fantastic! I received regular updates, photos and even videos on how Maze was doing. It was very reassuring to know that she was happy and being looked after well .
