My current accommodation doesn't allow for pets and I miss them dearly. I know how worrisome it can be to travel and leave our pets at home and I'm happy to offer my experience and love for animals to help out anyone in need and put you at ease.

30 Days Notice or more for a Partial Refund - If a Pet Owner cancels they can obtain a partial refund if PetCloud receives their cancellation request before 12pm AEST 30 days before the start of a booking. (Stripe’s credit card processing fee and $100 PetCloud Administration fee are non-refundable). (For any cancellations 29 days or less prior to a booking start are non-refundable, Sitters will receive their portion of the booking).
