We always use Emmalyn for sitting our animals while we're away. She is very caring, attentive and always leave the house clean. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a no fuss and professional animal sitter.

Greatful for the house sitting service offered so our dogs could stay where they are happy and comfortable while we were interstate for the week. Only downside would be a lack of attention to detail with cleaning (possibly subjective) and a broken household item not mentioned.

Emmalyn took wonderful care of our two puppies. She communicated well, and when we came home our house was the cleanest I’ve seen it! Would definitely recommend her.

Had an excellent first time experience with Petcloud. Emmalyn and Alison house sat Milly and Moki while we were away. We felt very comfortable when we met them and made leaving our dogs with them so much easier knowing they were going to be in safe hands. They did not disappoint and even messaged us while we were away to keep us informed. Would definitely recommend them, and we would be more than happy to use them again.

We were thrilled with our first experience with PetCloud and with Emmalyn, Alison and Kailee! We hired them to housesit and look after our two cats and one dog for 5 days. Alison was excellent at keeping in touch while we were away, sending photos and messages. Upon our return everything was clean, tidy and the pets were happy :) We would highly recommend Emmalyn, Alison and Kailee and we hope to use them again!

Emmalyn looked after my 7 month old French Bulldog for a few days and I could tell she was well looked after as she did not want to leave! I would not hesitate to book Emmalyn to look after my bird again when we are away. Our bird was very content when we came home. At the meet and greet initially we felt very comfortable and knew that our bird would be well looked after.

Our puppy Belle really enjoyed her stay with Emmalyn and her family over the Christmas / New Year period. Emmalyn sent us updates with pictures to keep us up to speed with Belle's daily adventures. Would highly recommend Emmalyn!

Emmalyn and her family are really friendly and really looked after our big dog Tango extremely well. He's had such a fantastic holiday that he's exhausted now! He was taken for walks, played with and treated like their own pet. They have two dogs of their own and Tango got on well with them. Emmalyn provided us with photos and messages about Tango throughout our holiday which really put our mind at ease and she even gave us a lovely photo calendar when we picked him up! Emmalyn would really like to work with animals in the future and she would be well suited to this. So first experience with Pet Cloud after needing someone to look after our brand new puppy Hazel last minute as we had to urgently move house and Emmalyn and her family have been amazing!! They have kept Hazel happy and healthy and provided updates everyday with photos and such and let us come see Hazel to touch base as well!
