From the first time I met Charlene my dog Kotys fell in love. Charlene looked after her when we went on holiday for two weeks and Kotys didn’t want her to go. Since then we have got Phoebe and now both Kotys and Phoebe like to lay by the fence between our houses just for a little glimpse of her. Charlene is lovely, trustworthy, and is a genuine animal lover and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a carer for their furry family member.

Charlene looked after my dog Rocky for a few weeks. Showed up on time at the meet and great. She's easy to talk to and understood my requirements instantly. After each visit, Charlene sent me images of Rocky and was updated all the way. Pets know when a person is friendly and wouldn't hesitate to use Charlene again. Highly recommended.
