Pet Sitting at mine (Eltham) or yours (Greater Melbourne area) )

James is an amazing pet sitter. He communicated twice daily and ensured our pets were well looked after. He left the house in perfect condition. He made our trip more enjoyable as I didn’t have to worry about my pets.

I had a dog walk and James was great. The communication was very good, and he was caring for my dog.

James is absolutely amazing! It was our first time leaving Milo with someone else and we were so worried about it, but James made the process very easy and comfortable. We had a meet & greet before the booking day and then, during our time away, we got updates on how everything was going. Thanks so much James for looking so well after him! I'm sure he misses you and Bella, but we hope he can see you again soon.

James was amazing with our girl and we wouldn't hesitate to book him again. Excellent communication leading up to and throughout our holiday. We got regular photos and updates and felt confident and relaxed knowing that Zelda was being so well cared for. We came home to a very happy dog and a spotless house. This was our first time away from our dog so we're very grateful for such a positive experience.

James and the beautiful Beagle ‘Bella’ provided a warm loving home where our 12 week Alaskan Malamute puppy stayed overnight for 24 hours. James provided updates to us via text to assure us our puppy was happy. Absolutely and totally recommend James to sit our and other dogs. He was knowledgeable and caring. Fabulous experience where our puppy was cared for and got to have a Socialisation experience. Thanks James.

James has made the PetCloud experience so comfortable and a breeze. Not only was he a genuinely lovely professional and reassuring person with excellent communication and responds to your queries at all times, his natural love and care instantly for my puppy showed that he genuinely loves minding pets. It was so nice to see my puppy happy when he arrived there and the same when I picked him up. He loved it there, especially having a companion Bella! I cannot recommend James highly enough! My dog, Ruby, is a very active dog and loved her time with James and his dog, Bella. Ruby enjoyed walks and trips to the dog park daily and often twice a day. James maintained contact with me while I was away entertaining me with photos of my happy dog and stories of what she had been up to. I am always very anxious leaving my precious pooch with anyone, not anymore!! I feel 100% confident knowing she will be well cared for with James.

I would highly recommend James. Scout stayed for seven days and was super happy when I dropped him off and the same upon our return. James made sure Scout had plenty of exercise each day too.
