Elli took wonderful care of our kitten while we were away for a week. She made sure he felt safe and loved, took him on little adventures in his harness, and helped him learn how to play nicely. We got beautiful daily updates and he was happy and healthy when we picked him up. Elli is easy to book with and communicate with. Would highly recommend her as a carer for anyone's precious kitty.

Elli took care of Luna beautifully. Luna has a kidney condition and Elli was always attentive to her needs. She shared photos on a daily basis that made our hearts sing. Chokito is a very scared cat, he hides and stop eating for days. Elli has a special gift, in the second day he was already eating and towards the end of a week we could see he was relaxed at her place. She kept us updated with daily videos and photos. Highly recommended! Thank you Elli :)

Elli was an absolutely wonderful carer for our cat Bella. She is kind, caring, and clearly has a genuine love of animals. Elli took such good care of my gentle old dog while we were away. We were updated with daily photos and messages which had us feel we left our old gal in safe hands while we were on holidays . Ellie provided above and beyond. She took a genuine interest in my animals and their issues. To say she was excellent isn't enough. Elli is the most beautiful and warm-hearted kitty lover. From the moment I met her to the whole experience of minding baby Milo. It was the first time I had left our Milo with someone so it was very nerve-wrecking but I didn’t have to worry for a second! Milo warmed to Elli instantly and they grew such a beautiful bond. Natto is 13 years old with heart condition and requires toilet breaks every 2-3 hours as part of side-effects from his medication. Natto also takes 4 different medications twice a day. Therefore, I would say it is quite challenging to look after a dog like Natto. I was extremely concerned about leaving Natto with someone other than my family while I am away, but Elli did an amazing job! Elli responded to my inquiry within an hour to book in a meet and greet time. She also reminded me to bring an instruction manual with me to brief her with Natto’s medication schedule. At our meet and greet, Natto was very comfortable with Elli and vice versa so that I knew I had made the right decision. During my time away, I received multiple pictures and updates from Elli and that eased my worries away. Elli is such a lovely and warm person and she took a very good care of Natto while I was away. She also looks after cats and based on the experience I have with her this time, I would definitely go back to her if I need someone to look after Cookie (my cat) and Natto next time.

This was the second time Elli looked after Archie and we were so happy with how she treated him this time as well. She’s really great with him as he can be a bit of a character! I highly recommend Elli and completely trust her to come and cat sit for us while we’re away. Thank you, Elli!

Elli is the best pet sitter. She looked after our 2 cats for 2 weeks and I've already booked her to take care of them again. She personally has extensive experience looking after cats and her house was perfect for our indoor kitties. I felt really at ease leaving them there. Elli took great care of our pussycat Penny. We got daily photos and videos of Penny getting smooches and playtime and came home from holidays to find a happy cat. Elli was so easy to deal with... she is clearly an animal lover...she even watered our plants which was a blessing given the heat and even left us some delicious cake to enjoy. We couldn’t be happier with her service and would recommend Elli to anyone needing a sitter.

We booked Elli to look after our cat Jinxy this weekend. When Jinxy ran away before we could bring her to Elli’s house, Elli came over to check on her every day that we were gone, making sure she had food and water and keeping us updated. Elli was extremely compassionate and caring and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask her to look after Jinxy again.

This was our first time using PetCloud and Elli made it such a positive experience! When I met Elli it was clear that she was a cat lover and I felt happy to have her care for Wally and Taddy.
