My dog panda had a great weekend with Joy snd played with some other dogs as well. I got heaps of photos and he seemed to be very settled

This was our first time leaving with a stranger. Our dogs are very sweet, not aggressors to other animals, and very much dependant on humans… so we knew it was going to need someone that could ensure they were safe from aggressive/domineering animals and would be watched as much as possible. We received lots of photos and updates which was great and reassuring… we never needed to ask for them! Joy was great at letting them explore, get to know their environment, meet the others and be dogs. We knew they were comfortable because Chewie will not eat if he’s distressed or upset and sometimes just to be stubborn, but we saw photos of him getting into his food. It was a nice break from apartment living: they got the green grass and were inside too. When we picked them up Chewie wagged his tail when Joy said bye… Chewie rarely wags his tail so we know he gave Joy a big thumbs up. Which meant so did Chewies brother, Rafa. Which means so do we. We will use Joy again! Easy to deal with.

No issues, it's my cats second home..

Joy is a fantastic dog sitter. We were kept up to date with lots of photos of our girl Molly throughout the week. We will definitely use Joy again in the future.

As always, Willow and Lulu were extremely well looked after, daily photos of them sent through and at the end of the day, we know that Joy and her family look after them as if they were their own. Joy has looked after Bailey many times and I am always confident he is being well looked after. I'm kept up to date with photos of his play, walks, meals and rest. Joy obviously cares well for her fur guests.

Willow had another stay for two weeks with Joy and her wonderful family and enjoyed every second of it. I feel so happy when Willow gets to spend time at Joys because i know she loves it there so much! Hoy was really good keeping us very well informed posting lots of pictures of different activities like eating playing and just resting. Latte came back home looking tired and happy.

Maximus loves his time spent at Joys house, she is amazing and regularly updates me with what he is doing throughout the day. Knowing Maximus is looked after so well allows me to relax on my holidays. It was my pets first official pet sitting. Although he usually doesn't get along with other dogs, he got along every well with Joy's pets and had a great opportunity to meet other dogs as well! He didn't seem to get too much stress a during the day but at night he bothered Joy quite a lot which Joy took well care of. It was an awesome time for us and for my dog as well. We left our furbaby with Missy with Joy and so well looked after , playing with a few other dogs Joy was also looking after. Joy was great at updating us with pictures throughout the stay . Our pup Lucy, stayed with Joy over the New Year and was her first visit and first time away from the family home for a long time. Joy kept us informed daily with photos which was brilliant. Also took Lucy for a walk on one of the cooler days!! I would highly recommend Joy and will certainly use her again should we need to. I would also like to add that Lucy is 11 yrs old and can get very anxious, Joy was very understanding and kept us informed of how she was and made sure she had her medication

Joy was great with communication and getting back to me once we had posted a job to look after our lovely Missy. At the meet and greet Missy was really comfortable there and I walked away after meeting Joy knowing she would be really looked after. The photos to update us throughout our night was great , Missy had the best time playing with at least 4 other dogs that Joy was good enough to look after. I would highly recommend, there is a fenced backyard , sand pit and just lots of fun for the furbabies. It made our time away enjoyable knowing that Missy was well looked after and would use Joy again. While Joy tried her best, I don't think she has much experience with a real working dog pup. My pup had 8 minor cuts that had begun to heal, leading me to suspect that more than the one altercation mentioned had occured. She also made a point of letting me know that my pup had chewed her thongs. I provided cows ears and hooves which we use at home. ( never chewed our shoes )These were not used ( she did say she tried??) Simple repetitive redirection is all thats required. Despite this, her updates and photos were great.

It's a pleasure to leave our kitties to Joy, easy to communicate and caters to our needs. She always goes above and beyond taking care of them. Thanks again Joy, will definitely be in touch again in the future.

Zeb had the best time with Joy and her family. Soon as he sees her when we drop him off he gets so excited! Seeing him happy and playing in the daily updates is great! Joy takes great care of him. So grateful to have finally found a great pet sitter for our little Zebbie.

Can’t say thank you enough for looking after Zeb! I was super nervous with leaving Zeb for the first time with someone else. Originally we were looking for a place where there would be no other dogs. Oscar is not super friendly to other dogs, or at least we thought so. We were a little disappointed and worried when we came to drop him off and realized that Joy looks after a couple of dogs at time. However all went well. He was looked after very well and seemed to have rather enjoyed the company of the new friends. Joy follows a nice daily routine, Oscar had plenty of play time ,despite the heat, he was active and stimulated. Joy also provided rest in cooler areas during the hot times of the day and water play. He ate well, thanks for adding the vegetables to his diet, he seemed to have really enjoyed it! The back yard is spacious and clean Oscar is back home happy and calm. Thank you for everything Joy! We would definitely leave Oscar with you again if we needed.

We had never left Mackie with anyone before and were nervous, but after the first set of photos arrived in my inbox, we were able to relax because we could see Mackie was in great hands. Joy was absolutely fantastic! Pepper (my 6mo maltese-poodle) had the best time playing with Archie, Teddy and the other fur kids. He came home tired and very happy. This was our first experience with Petcloud. We are so glad we found Joy. She was amazing with Rylo who can be a little anxious around strangers and other dogs. She sent us plenty of photos and updates so we never worried about him while we were away. Rylo had a lot of fun with her and her dogs during her stay. I bet he is excited for his next visit.

I would highly recommend Joy's pet services. She did an amazing job looking after our little puppy, and Kaia absolutely loved spending time with Joy and the other dogs. She sent me updates and pictures throughout the day, and made it easy for me to relax and focus on work while knowing Kaia was having a good day too. Kaia also got a little scratch on her nose while playing and she immediately sent me a text with pictures and treated the little scratch with lavender oil - amazing service, and it is clear that Joy really loves and cares about animals. Joy has looked after my 'boys' Spencer and Charlie a number of times for both weekend and longer holiday stints. Both dogs are quite spoilt and they had never been in out of home care before, however I immediately felt at ease leaving them in with her.
