30 Days Notice or more for a Partial Refund - If a Pet Owner cancels they can obtain a partial refund if PetCloud receives their cancellation request before 12pm AEST 30 days before the start of a booking. (Stripe’s credit card processing fee and $100 PetCloud Administration fee are non-refundable). (For any cancellations 29 days or less prior to a booking start are non-refundable, Sitters will receive their portion of the booking).

Dee was a real joy to deal with very flexible and did a great job minding our dog Angus. Dee provided regular email updates and photos and managed him when there was a storm which he is very hard to manage when scared by lightening. Dee left the house in immaculate condition; we could not be happier with our engagement with Dee and would recommend her to anyone.
