Left my fur baby first time with someone. It was a great experience. Shweta was very friendly and made sure she met Charlie before coming on the actual day. I got constant updates on what he was doing which made my worry go away. Charlie absolutely loved having her too as he was soo friendly with her at home. Would definitely book her again in future :)

Sweta was professional and courteous in everything and our dog Moochy appeared to be well taken care of over the 4 days, 3 nights he spent with her and her dog Buddy. She kept in touch and sent us photos every day. Her apartment suits a small, sociable dog who is used to being inside a lot with people as ours is.

Shweta is an excellent pet sitter. She provided daily updates on all our pets including photos, and she was genuinely passionate about taking care of the animals. Our dog loved her and when we returned from our holiday all our pets (dog, cat & chickens) were well looked after and very happy! We will definitely have Shweta back in the future.

Shweta did a fantastic job looking after our beloved Charliedog. We met up prior and Shweta ensures she understood all of Charlie’s unique needs and habits. He also stayed with her Shitzu, Buddy, and it looks like they got along swimmingly- with Shweta kindly sharing multiple daily photos of their adventures. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Shweta again when we next head out for a few days break.

Shweta was very loving and caring towards Rocky and we returned to a happy dog. She was punctual and very responsive both prior to and after the booking, which made things very easy. She was very supportive to stay up late and even wake up early morning when necessary to adjust into situations and I really appreciate her dedication. Shweta was nice upon our meeting and we felt comfortable for her to do 2 home visits a day with our pet cat. She was able to send us pics of her interaction with Dimmi. Unfortunately on our return we found the kitchen a mess with a lot of things on the floor. Our cat's back room had clay litter all over the floor, there was a poo stain in the laundry that had not been cleaned up and our dust pan had been used as a pooper scooper and not cleaned up. We had an actual pooper scooper available to be used but she chose to use our dust pan for some reason. Clay litter was found all around our big bin. Food was topped up but piled up really high and old food underneath was not cleaned out, it was all old and dry. Really disappointed with this experience overall as this was our first time using Pet Cloud. One would hope that their house is in the same condition when returning home and a little bit more care and effort put in.

Shweta took excellent care of our boy Olly - always responsive to phone calls and messages, provided really good updates and photos etc for our peace of mind. Also took the initiative to take care of Olly when the weather was really hot in Melbourne and gave us valuable suggestions to manage the situation.Would recommend very very highly indeed!

Shweta took very good care of our cat (domestic short hair) and dog (Kelpie x) - both 8 years old - in our home for just over 2 weeks. Communication was great throughout, and she sent daily photos and updates.

Shweta looked after our 4yo Border Collie and 17 yo Spoodle over two and a half days, which included house sitting. She gave eye drops and ointment to both dogs and a tablet twice daily to our elderly Spoodle. The dogs and the house were well cared for.

SHWETA looked after my two very spoiled sausage dogs impeccably during her three weeks stay at my place as pet sitter. She bonded with my pair wonderfully and sent daily photos and comments which were very reassuring to me. I totally recommend Shweta and anticipate booking further pet-sitting stints with her.

Shweta was great with our two big dogs (American bulldog and Siberian husky)! They listened to her and she kept them entertained, and they were exhausted when we got home. The house was left reasonably clean, but we were disappointed that she ate our food without asking. We are so happy with how well she took care of the dogs, though!

Shewta looked after our family pets 1 dog (cocker spaniel),1 rabbit ( dwarf and 4 chooks for 7 nights on a last minute booking. as a house sit She was fantastic with our pets. Shewta bonded immediately with the pets. and as we only had a brief meeting prior to going away she was very particular in getting all the information and pets routine. Shewta was very caring and attentive to our pets. She walked our dog daily and ensured our rabbit was kept safe and cool inside on the hot days. The garden was watered and house kept cleaned we were sent regular photos and updates. It was very reassuring to know our pets and home were in capable hands on return the animals were all very happy I would definitely recommend Shewta

Shweta looked after our 4 pets as a House Sitter for two weeks over the Christmas and NY holidays. We have 2 dogs, a Standard Poodle and a Japanese Spitz, as two Burmese cats, who are brothers. Shweta really loves animals and was very bonded with our pets, and gave them lots of attention, from walking the dogs, to cuddling and playing with everyone. We had peace of mind about our pets while we were away, with regular updates and pictures and videos of our fur babies. The pets clearly love her and all seemed calm and relaxed when we returned home. She communicated well ahead and during the stay to co-ordinate multiple details about the booking. We look forward to having Shweta look after our pets again in the future.

"To whom it may concern" I have known Shweta Ram Kumar for a number of years as a friend and as a great animal lover. She has been visiting us regularly to play with Siri (our dog- Cavedor - a Labrador cross). On a number of occasions she has been dog sitting Siri when we have travelled out of town and every time when we came back, I noticed that Siri was very happy and did not want to leave her. She also had a pet at home for a long time who recently died. Since then Shweta has been visiting Siri more often. Siri adores her totally as she takes him out for walks, plays with him and trains him and he obeys her commands. She recently stayed with me for a few days when I realised that when Shweta is around Siri just forgets us and likes to be with her. He even sleept with her every day when she with us last month. She is very patient with him and Siri takes full liberty with her jumping on her and licking her. Shweta is very responsible and caring and has great passion for looking after pets. I have no hesitation in recommending her for pet sitting.

I have known Shweta for many years now and the whole time i have known her she has always had a great love for pets. When ever she comes over to our place, our energetic Japanese Spitz and Collie loves to play with her and get lots of cuddles. She is very patient and loving. She has been extremely helpful in taking care of our dogs and walking them.

Shweta looked after my 8 year old domestic medium-hair cat while I was overseas over a period of 4 weeks. From the very first meeting it was apparent that Shweta was a reliable and attentive person. She was very accommodating and flexible as she even took on a few last-minute requests, and she kept in touch on a regular basis. My cat is generally timid and shy but she warmed up to Shweta quite fast as Shweta was generous with providing my cat with love and cuddles. I am pleased with the great service Shweta provided and I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take excellent care of their furbabies while they are away :)

Shweta was very easy to deal with, she was happy to come to our house to meet us and our dogs. She was very organised which made the process very simple as I didn't have to think about what I needed to do. Shweta did an amazing job looking after our dogs and sent lots of pics over the weekend so that we were sure that they were all happy and safe. It was great to see them interacting, going on walks to the park and throwing the ball. Shweta has looked after our greyhound on two occasions and we were very happy with her care . She slept over both times and our house was kept clean and Daisy, our dog, enjoyed her company.

Shweta cared for our dog recently and she did a great job in minding her. She updated us with regular pictures of her and we could see that she bonded really well with our dog while we were away. We’ve had Shweta watch our dogs & house sit for us as well (they are a Border Collie X Samoyed) twice thus far and have been very pleased. We had Shweta house sit for us and pet sit our two kittens (an Australian mist and a Maine coone) and suffice to say to keep up with these two LOTS of energy is required which Shweta had heaps of - from feeding, playing, cuddles to kitty kisses she was up for it all and kept both our little ones very happy and entertained. She constantly kept us updated and even sent us pics and vids which was great to see. The house was kept in a great state and having used her twice thus far we would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone - will definitely be using her services again in the future and the kittens give their meowing approval as well ????????

Shweta cared for our 12 year’s old dog for 11 days during our family travels to Europe. It was very difficult to leave are dog behind during this trip, as we rescued her from a shelter after she was abused as a puppy, and she still suffers from severe separation anxiety. However, Shweta was kind and sensitive, and was able to develop a positive relationship with our dog during that time. She has been very diligent in learning as much as she could about our dog habits and needs, and was very helpful with our dog’s older age health issues. Upon our return, our dog seemed happy, healthy, and well taken care of, and so was our house. We will defiantly be using Shweta’s services again, and warmly recommend her!
