Jenny was so flexible and was able to accomodate my late booking. She kept me in the loop by sending updates and photos of Bowie while I was away. I would highly recommend Jenny!!!!

Jenny and her family took excellent care of our cats and the birds in our aviaries while we were away for a week. Communication was excellent and the daily updates were very welcome for the kids who were worried about leaving the pets for so long. Jenny and her family were wonderful with our dog Buddy. They treated him like he was part of the family and communicated with me often which made me feel really comfortable with the whole experience. We will happily have Buddy stay there again.

Jenny provided the most outstanding service in caring for our little 2 year old Lhasa Apaso whilst we were away. Her daily message and photograph put us at ease as we had only once left Molly with someone in the past. Molly was loved and looked after as if she were their own. Jenny, Gordie and Maggie look after our cat every second week when we are at work. They are always fantastic, our cat loves them to death and they go above and beyond to make sure he’s happy and safe. Couldn’t not recommend anyone more!

Our little 4 month old Ernie LOVED his day with Jen. Jen was available for an early drop off and cared for Ernie for the day. He was super excited to see Jen and her children again (after our Meet & Greet) when I dropped him off in the morning and was instantly happy and comfortable in their home. He loved his walk to and from school in the morning and afternoon and enjoyed his time playing in the grass in the backyard. I received a lovely photo update during the day to ease this furmama's mind as it was the first time Ernie has spent a whole day with a new person out of his own home.. he truly is my baby! Thank you Jen for your love and care for our little Ernie!

We had daily updates which was reassuring and felt very comfortable knowing our puppy was in experienced hands. Highly recommend.

Our dog came away from Jen’s house looking all loved up & chilled out; Jenny did an amazing job of looking after Toto, including medicating him twice per day and managing his old-dog bladder (with no mishaps!) I genuinely felt that this beautiful family were going to miss our dog. We couldn’t recommend more highly- 5-stars truly well deserved.

Jenny took Toby out for a walk regularly, sent us updates with photos, ensured he didn't go off his food, groomed him wonderfully and even brushed his teeth. We could not be more happy and content with Jen and her family's care of Daisy our dog. From the very first "meet and greet" we were fully reassured with the warm, honest and open approach that Jen, her family and home provided. Daisy had a wonderful holiday while we were on our own break. She was so well cared for, walked (at least) daily and she so evidently became a part of her new holiday family's routine. We received (much anticipated) daily texts and photos of Daisy's adventures! I can not recommend this family enough for the care, warmth and true love they have for animals and pets. This was our first experience with Petcloud and it truly made our time away relaxing and devoid of worry that our beloved Daisy was well cared for and loved. Thank you Jen and family
