30 Days Notice or more for a Partial Refund - If a Pet Owner cancels they can obtain a partial refund if PetCloud receives their cancellation request before 12pm AEST 30 days before the start of a booking. (Stripe’s credit card processing fee and $100 PetCloud Administration fee are non-refundable). (For any cancellations 29 days or less prior to a booking start are non-refundable, Sitters will receive their portion of the booking).

Anastasia is an incredibly hard working individual whom I have had the pleasure of being friends with for nearly 10 years. She is very selfless and has a big passion for the wellbeing and love of animals, which I have witnessed first hand when she assumed the responsibility of caring for her grandpa's dog after his passing. There have also been many times when she has looked after my own cat (Kungfu) whenever I've had to go away for a last minute event/trip. Anastasia has always been very trustworthy and transparent during our friendship which is what allowed us to continue being friends for a long time - she is also always patient with those around her - pets included, making her the perfect candidate for any owner seeking a friendly and reliable petsitter.
