1st time at leaving my boy Duke alone with strangers coming over to feed him. Joel & Jamie were absolutely wonderful, coming over and getting to spend some time with him before we left. For the time we were away, Duke may not of left his secure hideaway lol. Jamie was fantastic with videos and photos of him being patted, chin rubs, having some great meowing conversations & lots of purring. They both went above and beyond with buying some fresh mince as well. Great communication and would definitely recommend.

After 3 weeks of Joel and Jamie care my cat was in better condition than when I left her. J & J are friendly and efficient. I readily recommend their service. And the cats seem to like it too.

Great housesitters! This was the first time we used petcloud but Joel and Jaime made us feel completely at ease leaving our elderly dog and house in their care. Will definately book in with them again. Highly recommended!
