Things with Tippy didn't work out but absolutely no fault of Mayumis. He just wasn't happy being away from home & Mayumi was great with getting the help he needed ( he is diabetic & was extremly anxious despite being relatively calm at meet & greet). We are very appreciative of Mayumi's support in helping us place Tippy into alternate care. It was a shame he couldn't stay with her as she is a very competent and caring person.

Absolutely received more than expected. Didn't just quickly pop in and out - she spent time everyday day socialising with our cats, grooming and playing with them, sending photos and videos everyday day, and even looked after our plants. Felt our kitties were in the best hands - thank you so much! definitely recommend and will book again xx

Mayumi was fantastic, she truly went above and beyond. From cleaning Honey's litter tray for our arrival home, taking the rubbish out and brushing our furry friend. Our lift was put of service during Mayumi's visits, but she persisted and sent us daily video updates of our girl at home, made sure Honey had plenty of cool water and food for the very hot days. 5 stars! Would recommend Mayumi to anyone in need of a pet sitter.

Mayumi was truly amazing and reassuring! My mind was put at ease and I was able to get on with my business trip. The highlight of my day was always the videos and photos she sent me. Communication was clear and I felt like I was in the hands of a professional.

Mayumi did an excellent job with our shy cat. We traveled interstate for 5 days and in a few short days our cat became very affectionate with Mayumi which I haven't seen happen in the past. Very happy with her work.

Mayumi was outstanding! She went above and beyond to make our little fur baby feel comfortable and safe while we were away. She was in contact with us every day and provided plenty of video and photo updates, which we always crave when we’re away. Our kitty is an anxious girl and Mayumi went the extra mile to make her feel at ease. I don’t think we’ll ever be able to find a cat sitter as good as Mayumi - highly recommend!

Mayumi is a seriously impressive cat carer. She was engaged to look after our three cats for a week in December 2020, to come to the house twice a day and feed them. However, she went way beyond the minimal requirement and got to know them, groomed and brushed them, played with them and generally made them happy and contented. She also cleaned up, including disposing of a dead cockroach! She sent us photos and video clips each time she visited so that we we could be sure she was visiting and that the cats were doing fine. This was really comforting, especially as we had not previously known her and this was the first time she had done cat caring for us. We recommend her unreservedly to anyone who wants the very best for their cats. She is professional, responsible, and loving and caring with cats, and we will certainly seek her services again. Mayumi looked after our fur babies for the first time this weekend and she was absolutely amazing. We got regular updates via videos and messages and the fur babies were super happy to see her. Everything was clean and fresh when we got home and the kitties were very happy and content. We will definitely use Mayumi again and would recommend to anyone

Mayumi took very diligent notes about what Helios and Selene needed (food, play, and emergency care) and was amazingly communicative throughout our trip and sent lots of happy photos. Definitely will be looking to book with her again on our next holiday!
