Alicia came to look after my 2 very different cats when I had to go away for work for the day. Sabrina is easy as she is very outgoing and social, but harry requires some extra attention as he is very anxious. Alicia sat with him in the bedroom while he hid under the bed and managed to coax him out for a little while. She kept me updated with photos which helped as an anxious mum and my apartment was left tidy and clean. Although my next trip has been cancelled, I will definitely be using Alicia again when I next need to venture away from my babies in the new year. I would recommend Alicia to everyone.

Alicia was very friendly, able to accept dogs (Ollie & Lily) at short notice & then meet & greet. Loved all the photos & updates Alicia sent while we were away. We will definitely use Alicia when required. Registering for PetCloud was also smooth.

What a find Alicia is! We inquired with Alicia rather late and her kind, calming and reassuring nature reduced our stress levels significantly prior to us humans departing. Both our kitty cats could also sense Alicia’s love and passion for pets and even the shyer one was so intrigued to make an appearance. Unforeseen changes around our returning date stressed us out, but Alicia was calmness herself. She loved looking after our cats; we could sense this once we were home. We can’t recommend her highly enough - Alicia is an amazing pet sitter!

We booked Alicia fairly last minute to take care of our pups in the serviced apartment we were staying in and she was amazing. Our dog Brody stayed with Alicia for six nights and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Alicia has a wonderfully calm and loving manner and cared for Brody as if he was her own. She showered Brody with lots of attention and walks. He also had the best time playing with Alicia’s very gentle and patient dog, Archie. Alicia sent us updates and photos during his stay so that we were able to enjoy our holiday knowing he was happy and well cared for. Alicia is the best! I cannot express how greatful I am to have found such a wonderful petsitter for my two moggies. Both were exceptionally comfortable with Alicia, even the shy one who is very nervous around new people. As both cats had recently diagnosed medical conditions that required daily medication, I was extremely nervous about leaving them but needn't have been - Alicia was more than happy to take care of their needs over the time she stayed, kept a medication diary, and sent through regular updates. Alicia is an excellent house guest too and left my home as she found it. I absolutely recommend Alicia and will be using her services whenever I travel.

Alicia did a wonderful job house sitting our two pups. They are only 10 weeks old so needed that extra attention and in general they’re a bit more work. She enjoyed spending time with them and the dogs were so relaxed and happy when we got home. The house was clean and tidy as well. We look forward to using her again sometime.

Alicia was absolutely wonderful, she took such great care of our pets and went above and beyond what we needed her to do-she even walked our sheep! When we got home, we saw our very sensitive dog lying in her favourite spot on the driveway and knew we had made the right choice getting a house sitter rather than using a pet motel. Alicia left our house clean and tidy and even cleaned the guinea pigs' cages. I wouldn't hesitate to get Alicia back in the future.

Alicia was wonderful with our cat Tivoli, dropping in twice a day to see her. She frequently reported on how Tivoli was going while we were away and clearly cared deeply about her well being. Alicia is an excellent communicator, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I'm so happy I found this site and even happier to find Alicia, who on short notice took excellent care of my dogs, Rex and Daisy. I think they got more attention from her, then we normally give them! We were gone for 10 days and the service Alicia provided was fantastic. She went beyond most pet sitting services by asking specific questions about out pets' health, behavior, and personal preferences. She was highly personable and took the time during the 'meet and greet' to get to know our pets, meaning I could relax knowing they were in good hands. I would highly recommend her! Thanks Alicia :)

Upon meeting Alicia, it was evident she has genuine compassion for animals and we felt totally at ease with leaving our "babies" (and home) in her care. Alicia looked after our two cats and dog as if they were her own. We left a detailed list of care-instructions, which she followed to the letter. Frank was left in great care with Alicia and it was a bonus that he got on extremely well with her own dog Archie. It was like he was having a holiday too. Amazing. Alicia was so warm I had no concerns at all while we were away. Scrappy had a great time, because he seems like his usual self while other times when we return he seems a little different. Alicia sent pictures and updates and took great care of our place and our Scrappy. I will definately book Alicia again.
