We have left Gypsy with Karen twice now and are very happy with her service. Unfortunately Gypsy was unwell when we dropped her off and Karen was able to give her medications with no problems which we are very thankful for. She kept us up to date with photos and nothing was too much trouble! We have no hesitation in recommending Karen to look after your beloved pets.

My cavoodles Marlo (4 years) and Ola (9 months) stayed with Karen for almost 2 weeks. Marlo loves having a holiday at Karen's place and spending time with Gabi. This was Ola's first time being away from us, so we were worried about her, but Karen looked after her very well, she did not miss us at all. She was always smiling in all the photos sent to us, Marlo was too of course. Both are cavoodles enjoyed their stay at Karen's. Thanks again Karen :)

Being new to the area we were nervous leaving him with a stranger but Karen was great. She organised meet and greet beforehand and sent regular pictures and updates whilst we were away which was reassuring. Rambo seemed to be having a lovely time. We will definitely use Karen again.

Karen looked after my dog Gracie for 2 nights and I am very greatful! You can tell Karen loves dogs and is very good with them and her home is well set up to look after them. Gracie had a great time and enjoyed playing with all the different toys and being able to run around out in the backyard (and get pats too!). Karen sent regular photo updates and I could tell Gracie was very well looked after :) I would highly recommend Karen!

I have an almost 4 month old cavoodle who stayed with Karen for 3 nights while I was away. I can’t express enough how grateful and happy I was knowing that Elvis was in good care with Karen. Karen would send me photos regularly of Elvis and would always keep me updated on how he was going. I would leave my dog in Karen’s care anytime! I highly recommend Karen! Karen is an amazing sitter. She looked after Marlo like he's part of the family. Marlo had so much fun. He made a lot of friends. I appreciate all the photo updates. Karen sends photo updates a few times a day. I was never worried about Marlo's safety or if he's ok because I knew he was being looked after really well. Definitely will book again and I'm sure Marlo is excited have another holiday with Karen and Gabbie again :)

Vienna was so happy at Karen’s house - she sensed the dog-friendly environment immediately so was instantly relaxed. Karen went above and beyond to ensure Vienna was comfortable. We received regular updates to let us know how Vienna was going. Karen is dog-centred, caring but kept healthy boundaries with Vienna, which we appreciated. We will definitely be using Karen’s services again. We were really really happy x

Karen looked after our little Pablo for 3 nights. It was the first time he had stayed away from home, so naturally we were a little anxious. The PetCloud experience was very easy. From the beginning, the meet & greet with Karen was relaxed and Bushie made himself at home instantly. Karen was great, providing daily photos and text message updates showing just how chilled my dog was at her place. I can highly recommend Karen for your next pet sitting job!

Karen is really lovely. Henry has been to Karen's for 2 days of daycare. He was excited to see Karen on his 2nd visit and was happy to stay with her and Gabby. The environment is lovely with a nice outdoor grass area to play.

Karen has a warm personality,is very nice with animals in general. But her great love are dogs, when dogs come in contact with Karen they trust Karen directly.and also give their affection to her. She is great with dogs or any pet.regards Evelijn van Diggelen
