Lisa was incredible. I was really nervous about leaving my cat alone in the apartment while we were away, but after meeting Lisa I felt more comfortable. She sent regular updates from her visits and photos. When we got home our lovely cat was happy to see us, but seemed really relaxed. I'm sure this is because of the excellent care and attention she received from Lisa while we were away. Would definitely use Lisa's services again.

We are repeat customers of Lisa's - and she does an amazing job looking after our two Maine Coon girls, Princess Peach and Princess Zelda. She gives us regular updates and pictures which we really appreciate and she is very reliable, trustworthy and professional - which is such a relief to find - you can go away and not worry at all about your little brats :) She also kept our house very neat and tidy which was so nice - as I know it only takes a day before there are tumbleweeds of fur flying around from those two. Lisa looked after our 2 kitties in our home while we took a quick trip away. It was the first time we had enlisted the care of a stranger using a pet sitting service but after our first meeting we were very confident leaving them in Lisa’s care. She was prompt in responding to our initial enquiry and polite and friendly during our meet and greet. While we were away she sent us updates and pictures via text message that really put our minds at ease knowing they were being loved and looked after. Both our children were super anxious about leaving their furry friends but Lisa put all of our minds at ease with daily updates and photos. She picked up on their individual personalities and quirks early on and was able to tell our boys apart! (brothers who look very similar) We returned home to two happy cats and would not hesitate to book Lisa for the next time we head away.

It is never easy to leave your pet in someone else's care, particularly when the pet is being left alone while its "owner" is away. However, I felt very confident in leaving my cat in the care of Lisa's daily visits to my home. She was reliable, attentive and caring and kept in touch with me on a daily basis, which just adds to a sense of wellbeing. Most importantly, my cat liked her. I highly recommend Lisa. I would like to give her a rating of four-and-a-half stars, but the petcloud system doesn't seem to allow for fractions.

Can't speak highly enough of Lisa! Our little pup was very happy after spending a week with her, and we received lots of updates which was great. We came home to an extremely well looked after and clean house too!

Lisa was a fantastic dog sitter and cared for our two dogs like they were her own. We highly recommend Lisa whenever you need a mini break!

Lisa was absolutely great - very friendly and professional. We booked her with very short notice and when she came around for the meet and greet we could see she was an animal person - the kittens loved her. She came to our house twice a day, fed and cleaned their litter trays - Our house was spotless when we came back and the kittens were happy and content. It was the first time we left them and Lisa sent us regular texts, photos and even videos. She also helped and administrate medication/ointment, which also involved sometimes having to put a cone on them so they didn't lick it off, something she didn't have a problem with and even gave us tips how to manage it as she has previous experience with the RPCA. Next time we go away we will definiately hope to book Lisa again!

Lisa and Colin did a great job at looking after our Cat at their apartment. Our cat was more than happy to stay there when we went to collect him! We received text and photo updates of how he was getting on, McDuff the dog also did a great job at putting up with a new feline friend :)

I've had Lisa stay at my own place and also at my parents place. She's absolutely lovely, my dogs and cat think she's great. She even let them sleep in the bed with her like I do. I got updates with photos regularly and it just made me feel so much more comfortable going away knowing that she was there and they were all so happy and well cared for. When I got home the house was cleaner then when I left. I would definitely recommend Lisa to look after your pets and home.

Lisa stayed at my place for a week over Christmas. She looked after my 2 Rottweilers and 2 Burmese cats. My animals absolutely loved her and i could tell she loved them too. I will definitely be calling her again next time we go away.
