Vicky was super easy to communicate with and arrange the sitting. She’s kept me up to date with messages and pictures which was great and I appreciate how she cared for the house and pets. Will definitely rebook her for future trips.

Would highly recommend Victoria! I felt safe and comfortable leaving my cat for a week knowing Victoria was popping in to keep her food and water topped up. Our cat Possum is very timid and does not like coming out to see visitors, but she did come out to say hello to Victoria when she came to feed her! Victoria also sent us photos which was great, will book again if we ever need help with feeding our fur baby :)

This is the second time we asked for Vicky to look after Snickers and she is an absolute legend. Our automatic feeder stopped working during our trip and Vicky could tell Snickers was hungry and had started weighing her food before we even let her know something was wrong. Would absolutely ask Vicky to look after our fur baby again!

Vicky has been wonderful with our two Beagles. She has been so flexible and accommodating plus knows how to take care of our pets. Our two dogs were excited every time she was due to arrive to pick them up . I actually couldn't have got anyone better!

Highly recommend Vicky. She took the time to get to know Nippy's routine and any other household needs and to make sure I was comfortable with the process. Nippy also took an immediate shine to her (which is unusual, because she is usually very shy). It's alsways a bit nervewracking leaving a pet at home, but I felt very relieved to know that Nippy was in good hands with Vicky. I would not hesitate to have her petsit for me again.

Victoria was fantastic! So easy going and happy with anything. She communicated easily and sent a message and photo everyday with updates. The house was left wonderfully clean and tidy and she even stripped the bed. My cat was well looked after and I was comfortable having Victoria look after him for the week. It was a very easy process finding a dog sitter with PetCloud. Our sitter Vicki was wonderful with our young dog. She had lots of experience and understood what our puppy required. I feel very confident leaving Carla with her. We will be asking Vicki to help us on a regular basis.

Vicky was amazing! My cats really warmed to her, and they were really well looked after! She even sent me photos when I asked. I highly recommend Vicky if you live in the Springvale area. She really is a gem.

Vicky did a fantastic job looking after our dog Hugo. We arrived home to a happy dog and a clean house, we couldn't have asked for more. Vicky regularly updated us with news and photos of Hugo, so we felt at ease and therefore able to enjoy our holiday. We will happily use Vicky again and would recommend her to family and friends.

Finding Victoria to care for my dogs while I was away was like a dream come true! I could not have asked for a better surrogate mum for my fur babies. Not only is she very knowledgeable about dogs and very competent looking after them, they LOVED her as well. Vicky kept us updated with pics and messages about how they were going, walked and played with them. They even slept on her bed so they wouldn't be lonely! Cannot recommend her enough!

Vicky was friendly, easygoing, exercised Darling well, and gave him lots of love and affection. I was glad to have her care for him.
