"We originally had wanted an in-home pet sitter for our cat, Ivy, as we weren't sure how she would handle being away from home with a stranger. However, we were immediately put at ease when Louise offered The Catio for Ivy, and we looked at her gallery here and on The Catio's own website. Louise clearly has a great love for all cats, and that is her primary motivation for her services. We knew that our cat would be well cared for and loved at The Catio, and Louise sent us pictures and videos every day to keep us up to date with how she was doing. If anything, we were worried Ivy wouldn't want to come home! We would highly recommend Louise and The Catio to anybody, and we hope to use her services again in the future when needed."

"Ben was hands down the best sitter we’ve ever had look after our 2 fur babies. Absolutely lovely person, genuinely has a care and passion for animals! He accepted us last minute, sent us daily check ins & photo updates, smothered the dogs with love attention the best of food, treats & toys! Our dogs are quite reactive and a bit of a handful at times so we do get quite nervous when having to leave them however he made sure my pup was constantly stimulated & we were more than comfortable with Bens ability to handle her reactivity. Can’t recommend him enough!"

"Jasmin has cat sit for our two kitties several times and she always gives them so much care and attention. She not only takes care of food and litter but spends time connecting with our shy kitties, reading their demeanours with ease and giving them time to open up. She keeps us up to date with regular messages and photo updates and seems genuinely so happy with little milestones like being able to give a pat, scratch or stand close by while they eat comfortably in her presence. Our minds are at ease when we are away knowing they have someone so kind looking after them. She also assists with extra requests like collecting mail which is so helpful. We will continue to request Jasmin’s services for future trips, we’d be lost without her!"
